Terms of Service

Using fans.vote

fans.vote lets you create and share polls. By using the site you agree to these terms. You must be at least 13 years old.

Your content

You own the polls you create. By posting them on fans.vote you give us a licence to display and distribute them on the platform.

You may not post content that is illegal, hateful, deceptive, or violates anyone's rights. We reserve the right to remove polls that violate these terms without notice.

Votes

Vote manipulation — using bots, multiple accounts, or paid services to artificially inflate results — is prohibited and may result in your account being removed.

Our service

We provide fans.vote as-is. We make no guarantees about uptime or data retention. We are not liable for any loss resulting from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of fans.vote after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
