"Përgjegjëse është e gjithë politika shqiptare" — blame all of Albanian politics — opened with a 39% lead on day one and never dropped below 47% across 193 days, closing at 50.3% with 1,857 votes. That single answer outnumbered its five rivals put together: 1,835 votes split between the opposition, the government, the electorate, foreigners, and "other."
Two splits shaped who reached for the sweeping verdict. Women who voted leaned hardest into "all of politics" — 33% of its ballots, versus 19-24% female share on every other option. Geography split too: Albania, Italy, Ukraine, and the UK backed the collective blame, while voters from the US, Greece, and North Macedonia pointed specifically at the government.
