2,776 votes over 123 days and the margin never dropped out of landslide territory. Yes opened at 95%, sagged to its floor of 89% around the middle stretch, then climbed back to 92% and held there — closing at 91% (2,526 votes) to No's 9% (250). No never got within 80 points.

The spread was as lopsided as the score. Italy supplied the bulk (186 votes) and leaned Yes, but so did every scattered outpost that showed up — the US (37), plus lone votes from the UAE, Germany, Spain, Finland, the UK, Kuwait and the Netherlands. Nobody, anywhere, made a real case for No.

  • Widest lead margin · 91% to 9% — an 82-point gap at the finish
  • Floor never broke · Yes's worst single day was still 89%
  • Global unanimity · All 9 countries sampled leaned Yes, Kuwait to Italy
  • Skeptics skewed female · No voters were 24% women vs just 14% among Yes
