Shuaib from Morocco won the Arab beauty contest poll with 33.6%, edging fellow Moroccan Mohamed at 30.7%. But Morocco, the largest identified voting bloc, leaned toward Mohamed instead.
The contest changed leaders twice in the opening stretch: Yahya led first, Mohamed followed, and Shuaib moved into first by the third checkpoint.
