"Evet Olsun" opened at a stunning 93% on day one and spent three weeks cooling off as votes poured in — 91%, then 88%, then 84% — before settling. By day 17 the margin found its floor near 72-74%, and across the next 70 days, through 3,006 total votes, it never moved more than a couple of points off that line.

No comeback, no scare, no late swing — just a number the electorate agreed on early and refused to revisit. "Hayır Olmasın" gained ground only in the opening sprint; once the field matured, its share was frozen at just over a quarter of the vote, finishing at 28.1% to "Evet Olsun"'s 71.9%.
