Ramadan opened strong, up 50% on day one — but the swing was over almost instantly. By day 2, Nassif flipped the race and locked in a margin that barely moved for the next 79 days, cruising to a final 51.2% to 41.8%. Rahma trailed the whole way, never topping single digits.
The closest split lived by country: Jordan was the one major bloc that stuck with Ramadan (44 votes leaning his way) while Egypt, the US, Morocco and seven other countries all broke for Nassif. Gender told a similar story — Nassif pulled women more than 2-to-1 over men, 205 to 71, powering his final margin.
- Day 2 flip · Ramadan's early lead vanished as Nassif took over for good.
- 79-day lock · Nassif's ~51% margin barely budged from day 2 to the finish.
- Jordan bucks the trend · Jordan leaned Ramadan while nearly every other top country favored Nassif.
- Women drove the win · Nassif led 205-113 among women versus a tighter 71-60 among men.
