Three different favorites held the top spot before day 20, flipping back and forth twice between Shark and Winners & Creators alone — with Helala Boys briefly grabbing it too. Only after day 20 did Winners & Creators settle in, and even then Green Boys & Eagles & Green Gladiators sat within a few points for the rest of the 57 days.
Settling in isn't the same as running away. Winners finished on 25.6% of 2,549 votes — barely ahead of Green Boys' 22.2% — meaning three in four voters backed someone else. With 48 options on the ballot and the top two separated by 86 votes, this was a plurality win in a field too fractured for anyone to build a real majority.
