The verdict is stark: 1,284 voters opposed continuing the Tahrir demonstrations, versus 155 who supported them. The “No” side held the lead at every checkpoint across 48 days.
Men supplied most votes on both sides, but women were more concentrated behind “No”: 451 women opposed continuation, compared with 39 supporting it.
