Sarkodie banked 1,396 votes and never dropped below a 44% share, but the number that actually explains this race is the room behind it: 1,227 men to just 157 women, an 89% male crowd. This wasn't a broad favorite — it was one demographic showing up in force.

D Cryme placed a distant second with 738 votes, yet his coalition looked completely different: 444 men and 289 women, a 61/39 split. Nearly every other name on the ballot — Pae Dae, Kunta, Asem, Jay Foley — skewed male too, which makes D Cryme's female turnout the real outlier of the field.
