What amenity at Mt. Lake would you be willing to consider a Special Assessment to Improve?

Fishing Lake (stock with fish, fish feeders and food for fish feeders)

Landscape improvements (i.e. replace dying trees, new plantings etc)

Lodge (apply new siding inside, replace two old windows, paint the outside)

Roads (patch, clear ditches and culverts, cut back shrubs)

Swimming Lake (scrape to clear the weeds, chemicals, river sand, replace diving tower and board walk)
