How do rate the younger generation (16-21) of Jamaican track and field athletes?

9-10...They are already superstars!
7-8.....They are very promising, I am excited.
5-6.....Some look good, let's wait and see.
3-4.....Not much talent there, but one or two could surprise me.
1-2.....Hopeless, let's wait for Bolt junior, Powell junior, Fraser junior, etc...
