Ecactly WHAT is YOUR impression of Customer Service in general in South Africa, and Cape Town in particular?

1. It SUCKS! People couldn't care less in stores, rrestaurants, banks (grrr), airlines and tours.

2. Weeeeelllll...it's CERTAINLY not USA standard, or even anything to write home about, but HEY! This Is Africa - what do you expect?

3. Hmmmm....it's neither AMAZING nor SHOCKING. It's just mediocre.

4. I am rapidly starting to wonder just how they get away with the treatment.

5. I am SO incensed, on a daily basis, that I wish I could just get them to understand I WANT MY MONEY'S WORTH...and be QUICK about it!
