Shorts on a Guy: Should shorts, at the longest, end right above the knee cap standing or should shorts, at the shortest, cover the whole kneecap when standing? There is no "right at the knee" copout, be bold and take a side (and because I'm curious).

Above the knee at the longest covering no part of the knee when standing.
Below the knee, covering the whole knee when standing, at the shortest.
