Do you think people who have recently passed or are expecting to pass out must only be eligible for Graduate ... unlike companies who want people with experience to apply for the Graduate roles?

Yes- People with experienced should be allowed to enter graduate roles.
No- People who recently graduate or are expecting to graduate should only be taken.
