I have noticed some spam (rubbish) targetted at a webiste I run. The IP addresses matches the Victorian Department of Justice - the government department that runs the courts, police stations and prisons. They should know better.. what should I do?

Ignore it - It will pass
Set any hits from their IP address to go to grandma porn
Call their Network Admin and have a chat - IT guy to IT guy
Call the most senior person I can get a hold of and bitch to them
Let the Herald Sun know what our tax dollars are paying for.
Something else?
