Yes. We were very unlucky, especially because we didn't have it covered by a service plan. It died and we still haven't bought another one.
Yes, and I had to pay a pretty penny for a replacement.
Yes. But, our luck turned around because we had bought an extended service plan and it's been "game on" ever since.
No. Never owned a gaming system.
