Which fire academy would you be interested in attending if it was offered in Polk County? Will be held two weeknights per week and one weekend per month from November to July.

Level 1 (70 hours) ($30 tuition) - Basic Firefighter, Basic Life Support, Hazmat Awareness, NIMS 100, NIMS 700, Basic Vehicle Extrication.
Level 1 & 2 (200 hours) ($150 tuition) - Level 1 plus Firefighter I.
Level 1, 2, & 3 (350 hours) ($200 tuition) - Level 2 plus Firefighter II, Hazmat Operations, Intro to Tech Rescue, NIMS 200, Medical First Responder.
Level 3 only (150 hours) ($50 tuition) (Firefighter I prerequisite) - Firefighter II, Hazmat Operations, Intro to Tech Rescue, NIMS 200, Medical First Responder.
None - too expensive.
None - too much of a time commitment.

None - my duties do not require those levels of training.
