How does the idea of a second shift daycare for parents who aren't able to get the ideal 9-5 job sound? What time would be best to close the daycare?

i don't find that it is necessary
Its a good idea, 9pm is a good close time
Its a good idea, 10 pm is a good close time
Its a good idea, but it should be later than 10pm
