What would you do when one of your performing bands might ditch at your music event?

Prepare a mystery band at the event, in case they don't show up
Replace them with a better band
Reduce the line up to 10 bands...at least the event finishes earlier
Let them perform with another member at least they showed up
Wait for a miracle (As if!)
