For it... great opportunity to raise a one-time $500M transportation honeypot while losing very little in annual revenues.
No way... this only invites the alcohol lobby into our local politics
It's probably fine... provided diligent City Council monitors zoning implications
Not a good idea... civic associations will have to watch dog this every step of the way
