Would you agree that LOWERING the MINIMUM WAGE should DECREASE UNEMPLOYMENT bc business owners would have more $ to hire more workers?

Yes it should & LOWERING UNEMPLOYMENT is a good thing!
No that is a crazy idea because everyone knows the mimimum wage should always go up no matter what!
