Apologize and pray that the caller will not ask for a supervisor
Say sorry and tell you were talking to your workmate
Keep silent until you're caller talks back.
Immediately place the caller on hold and pretend after that nothing happened
Say an excuse like you were reading you're email out load
I can't answer because this situation will never to me
