Yes - I eat a very clean diet with lots and lots of raw fruits and vegetables, legumes and nuts plus I drink at least my 8-10 glasses of water a day and avoid processed/refined foods!
Somewhat - I eat a pretty clean diet but I cook most of my produce, eat some processed foods and I do eat red-meats and poultry with some of the fat on once in a while but I take a daily store bought vitamin, too.
Maybe - I eat a decent diet with a variety of foods that include some produce, poultry, fish and red-meats but I also eat processed foods for convenience and take a vitamin every day.
Probably Not - I eat whatever I am in the mood for, even if I know it isn't very good for me and I take a vitamin and mineral supplement every day.
No - I do not look at nutrition labels, etc. I eat whatever I want.
