How much can you get done in a 9 hour 'rest' period'? Currently air traffic controllers get an eight hour rest period between shifts. Due to recent incidents they are looking to make it NINE.

I can take a nap in my car before heading back to work
I can eat dinner, sleep, have breakfast and be well rested
Not much, maybe a nap or food. Both if the food is fast food.
I don't want to ever be an air traffic controller?
