If you placed an order and would be told it would take 3 business days, that time passes and your order is not done which reason would make you least angry?

We're sorry, but we are experiencing a higher volume of orders than normal and do not have enough staff members to have your order completed at this time.
We do not have your order completed because it did not pass our quality check test.
Neither, if it cannot be done in 3 business days do not tell me that it will.
