I expect all energy suppliers to use the same standard method to estimate my bill and for any estimates to be fair, justifiable and reasonable.
I expect to be proactively asked by my energy supplier every twelve months if any credit on my account should be repaid.

I expect not to be pressed into making a decision when approached on the doorstep, but to be given the information and to be able to take advantage of the offer for a 1 month period from the point it was made.
