Friends with an "Attachment Parenting" style of parenting: Did you purposefully choose what you do as a "method"? Or, did you just sort of slowly arrive there, one self-guided, intuitive step at a time?

I conscientiously chose "attachment parenting" as a method
I just did, day-by-day, what seemed easiest/most obvious/best to me and it just turned out it was the same thing people call "attachment parenting"
