Buying a home - What do you look for when selecting a Realtor?

Expert in your desired neighborhood? Know's what was built and when.
He/She speaks your language. e.g. Chinese, Polish, Urdu, etc.
He/She is good looking and kind of sexy with average knowledge.
He/She has experience and knowledge of real estate and can negotiate.
He/She is working under large named brokerage? e.g. Remax, Century 21, etc.
I wouldn't use a Realtor, I can do everything on my own.
