Keep Etsy listings as they were; list new items to both. (taking turns as per Etsy's rules)
Keep Etsy listings as they were, and list new items to Paystand only
Slowly work to switch all listings from Etsy to Paystand as they expire.
Switch all listings to Paystand now and get it over with
