Help! Still can't decide where to go. Should I take the Riviera Maya trip as planned? Try a more remote destination-Campeche, Mexico-where I can see some indigenous Mayan day of the dead celebrations? Or Nicaragua to learn Spanish?

Campeche in Mexico (off the beaten path plus indigenous Mayan culture)
Nicaragua - Probably Grenada - to learn Spanish and enjoy life
