EU regulators are insisting that rescue dogs from Ireland have a full EU Pet Passport. It is going to cost rescues an extra €90 per dog. But could a Pet Passport provide added value? What are your views?

Fantastic! I would like to travel with my dog and I would be willing to pay a little extra for a rescue dog that comes with a passport.
Very handy - it would mean I could take my dog to Europe. But I wouldn't be willing to pay any more.
Pointless! I don't want to travel abroad with my dog.
