When hiring a service (pest control, roofer, plumber etc), what would you rather?

A) Someone who takes an extra 20 minutes to explain everything, the process, preventative measures for future, what to expect in the next week/month, things to expect before/during/after
B) Someone who comes in, fixes the problem, leaves an invoice/receipt, no questions asked, no details and leaves.
