Menu 1 - Tavuk Suyu Corbasi+ Karni yarik ve Pilav ve Cacik + Kurabiye(tabakta 4 adet) = Chicken Soup + Turkish dish consisting of eggplant stuffed with a mix of sautéed chopped onions, garlic, black pepper, tomatoes, parsley and ground meat served with rice and dish of seasoned, diluted yogurt + shortbread-type biscuit
