If you received an IPC from a non Business Pack country, would you feel happy or ripped off?

Yes, a sign up is a sign up, all growth is good, I know I might only receive $24 for their first purchase but the rest of the income is awesome, Im in it for the long haul
No, this is not fair, do not allow non business pack countries
Yes, allow them in as long as they aren't sign up directly under me
