The newly circulated JJ Bill 2014 tries to bring down the age of children for certain crimes as 16 instead of 18. This is against the international commitment by UNCRC that defines a Child as a person below 18 years. What is your opinion?

No. The age of child should not be reduced to 16 from 18 at any cost
Yes. I support the reduction in age to 16 for some cases.
