Size of rooms
Own bathroom
Price (I would rather pay little less and compromise and share kitchen / bathroom or have smaller room)
Having own kitchen (not sharing with other students)
Privacy (I need my own space and my own room)
Having a place to socialize with other residents
Double rooms! I would like to share a room with a sibling / friend and save some monies!
