Death! Judge Stephens has wanted Jodi to be lethally injected since the beginning of the trial!
Life. I believe Judge Stephens respects the sanctity of life and would prefer a LWOP sentence.
I don't believe Judge Stephens has an agenda, other than to carry out justice, and is indifferent.
