Okay, so here's a question for all of you science peeps. While putting the Christmas stuff away, I was explaining to Madison that the Stockings & cloth like items needed to go in the air tight containers. It would help keep them from dry rotting. Well this brought on another line of questions. She wanted to know what would happen if you put fruit like a banana or an orange in an air tight container. Would they still rot? Good question, one that I didn't know the answer too. Madison and I are in the process of vacuum sealing a banana and we will be comparing it to one that is not vacuum sealed. So, what do you think well find out?
