How should the Bay State Open handle the high "cut" numbers in future tournaments?

Change the handicap value (Currently 85% of 240)
Do Nothing (Keep tournament components the same)
Add additional bowlers to the finals (But pay less per bowler)
Add "high scratch bowler" category to make finals
