1) Loser has to eat the meal of the winner's choosing with no utensils or hands. Pictures/video on Facebook
2) Loser does a polar bear plunge
3) Loser can't speak for an entire show. They can only SING, in styles chosen by the winner
4) Loser has to clean out whichever is the nastiest stall at the Lincoln Children’s Zoo
5) Loser must dress in drag and perform a lipsynch video to either 'Girl in a Country Song' (JP) or 'Burnin It Down' (Lauren). Outfit and makeup chosen (and applied!) by the winner
