Something my doctor said to me to help with weight loss was to use smaller plates when eating. Some diets say to eat a lot of certain foods, as long as they are classed as healthy it's okay? What do you guys think? Does anyone have any success stories with either way of portion control? Does anyone have any other techniques that work for them?

I kept feeling hungry, I found eating more of a good thing helped!
