In The Bahamas in the year 2015, Section 11 of Chapter 99 of the Bahamian Sexual Offences Act (http://laws.bahamas.gov.bs/cms/images/LEGISLATION/PRINCIPAL/1991/1991-0009/SexualOffencesAct_1.pdf) prevents an adult no matter their age from being Charged and Convicted in a Court of Law from having consensual sexual intercourse with a child under the age of 18 years old no matter if it is 100% proven that the act took place. ***Today's Poll Question*** Should every adult be Charged and Convicted after it is 100% proven that the adult had consensual sexual intercourse with a child under the age of 18 years old?

Yes! No Law in The Bahamas should prevent an adult from being Charged and Convicted with having consensual sexual intercourse with a child under the age of 18 years old.
