In The Bahamas in the year 2015, Section 11 of Chapter 99 of the Bahamian Sexual Offences Act (http://laws.bahamas.gov.bs/cms/images/LEGISLATION/PRINCIPAL/1991/1991-0009/SexualOffencesAct_1.pdf) prevents an adult no matter their age from being Charged and Convicted in a Court of Law from having consensual sexual intercourse with a child under the age of 18 years old no matter if it is 100% proven that the act took place. ***Today's Poll Question*** Should every adult be Charged and Convicted after it is 100% proven that the adult had consensual sexual intercourse with a child under the age of 18 years old?

In The Bahamas in the year 2015, adults 18+ years and older, whom are presently banned from gaming in Casinos, are not banned based on the individual content of their own character. They are banned due to: Section 50 of Chapter 387 of the Lottery & Gaming Act! (http://laws.bahamas.gov.bs/cms/images/LEGISLATION/PRINCIPAL/1969/1969-0008/LotteriesandGamingAct_1.pdf). This act presently prevents Adults based on: Their place of origin (The Bahamas), Bahamian residency status, Bahamian work permit holder, Employed for gain in The Bahamas and if a tourist is presently married to a Bahamian and/or if a tourist decides to marry a Bahamian, that tourist would also be banned from gaming in a Casino in The Bahamas. ***Today's Poll Question*** As it relates to the present gaming laws of The Bahamas, should all adults 18+ years old have the right to gamble in a casino in the Bahamas based on the content of their own individual character?
