YOU BE THE JUDGE: *Based on a True Story* Five British Sailors are stranded at sea in a lifeboat. About to die of thirst, they draw sticks and agree that whoever daws the short stick consents to die so the others may drink his blood and survive another week while waiting for rescue. The youngest sailor draws the short stick and then refuses to kill himself. That night the youngest sailor drinks seawater and the next morning he goes into a coma. He will die in hours. The other sailors figure out what happened, and knowing the seawater will make his blood undrinkable in a few hours, kill the sailor and drink his blood. Five days later they are rescued. Are they guilty of murder?
