Option B - Teacher: claims she does not have assignment. Has an established procedure and routine. Has not lost an assignment because of the established procedure in 8 or 9 years.

Option A - Student: claims he turned in an assignment using an established procedure and routine. Currently has nine missing assignments. Claims teacher lost it.
