Why you would buy from a knackery & not a rescue?

I didn't have someone to bid for me when the horse was being auctioned
I didn't want to see the horse killed
The rescues don't have horses I like
I don't like terms and contract rescue horses have on them
I consider rescue horses "saved"
The horses pedigree or breed
Rescue horses are too broken
I want to be able to set a price if I resell the horse later
I wouldn't I would adopt rescue horse because the cost is less & they have vet work/assessments/upkeep already done on them.
I would adopt a rescue even if it still needed the vet work etc still done.
would never line a doggers pockets , save a rescue
