We are interested to know how many people would attend a Milkshake and Masterpiece event if we hosted it during the weekday between 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM.

I wish I could, but that time doesn't work for me.
Yes! During the work week sounds great, but the 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM time won't work.
