Delta, who sent out parts for free for the kitchen faucet when I destroyed the pullout hose, in my ignorance of its construction.
Chamberlain, who sent out a new circuit board for my garage door opener for free, after I had shorted out the old one while replacing broken gears that cost less than the circuit board.
Blinds.com, who will custom make 2 new blinds for free (retail almost $600) when the color was filled in incorrectly by their sales agent, even though I had 24 hours to review it before it was finalized. And we can donate the wrong color blinds anywhere we like after I trial install them to verify the fit and function.
