Parent friends: if your kids have a friend that's a crappy kid, can you tell their parents they indeed have a crappy kid?

Absolutely- tell them their kid is shitty
Eh- you can softball that into a conversation nonchalantly
No- but you can tell your kids not to hang out with said terrible child
Hell no!- that's rude and if someone ever said that about my kid, I'd kill them!
