On the day of the appointment you got to the hospital and found out you had not properly prepared for the procedure. You had to be rescheduled. Few weeks later you went for your appointment. This time you were prepared properly. But you were kept waiting for two hours with no regular update from the hospital. You were hungry and distressed. Now imagine there was an app that would communicate and give you information/reminder at appropriate time during the whole journey from referral through to preparation and wait time at the hospital so you always know what to do or expect at appropriate times, would you be willing to pay a small amount of money for using that (e.g. $5).
